We are looking for a solution. At the Department of Culture, Youth and Media we do everything we can to provide you with good services. Are you still not satisfied? First discuss your problem with the service concerned. Look for the contact details of the various departments in our organization. Together we will look for a solution. Also check whether an appeal procedure is included in the regulations related to your file or situation. If that doesn't work, you can take the next step and file a complaint.
