Second European Forest Soil Condition Report, Volume 1: Results of the BioSoil Soil Survey
Fourteen years after the release of the first European Forest Soil Condition Report in 1997, the Forest Soil Co-ordinating Centre is proud to present its second report now based on the 2006-2009 Biosoil survey data. This extensive report consists basically of two volumes. The first volume presents a profound description and analysis of the Biosoil data, gathered on Level I and a subset Level II ICP-Forests' plots, and is a main deliverable of the Life Futmon porject. The second volume builds further on these Biosoil data providing thematic evaluations of carbon and nutriënt stocks, acidification and nutriënt status and contamination levels of European forest soils.
