Quality and registration model for service providers

Quality and registration model for service providers who are involved in the implementation of employment policy, professional training policy and social economy policy and who receive (direct or indirect) funding, subsidies or other forms of support for this from the WSE policy area.

Conditions

The service provider must meet 6 minimum quality criteria at organisational level in terms of customer service, HR management and financial management.

Procedure

The service provider submits the application for registration via the WSE desk and provides proof of quality.

Once the application has been approved, the service provider is registered in the quality database for the duration corresponding to the proof of quality supplied. In order to continue to receive (direct or indirect) funding, subsidies or other forms of support, the quality registration must stay active.

To that end, the service provider can submit a new application by supplying new proof of quality. The approval will update the duration of the quality registration.
