Dashboard Flanders Benchmarked
The Flanders Benchmarked dashboard compares the situation of the Flemish Region with comparable EU regions for a number of key figures.
The focus is on the so-called as defined by the European statistical office Eurostat. These are the most important socio-economic regions below the country level. The Belgian regions are also NUTS 1 regions. The dashboard includes data for each statistic on all NUTS 1 regions of the European Union, excluding the overseas regions of Portugal, Spain, and France.
The statistics in the dashboard are a selection of the statistics included in the brochure “Flanders in Figures (in Dutch),” for which comparable figures are available at the NUTS 1 level.
