Statistics Flanders is the network of Flemish administration entities that develop, produce and publish official statistics. These official statistics provide a reliable and high quality picture of Flanders: from the people who live and work there, to the economy and the living environment, to the position of Flanders in the world.

Statistics Flanders develops, produces and disseminates all official statistics about Flanders in accordance with the legal provisions and international principles of quality, relevance and professional independence.

The statistics cover a wide range of themes and are grouped into several main sections: population, society, economy and enterprises, environment and government.
