Cost of a validation programme
During the 2024-2025 school year the cost will be 143 euros for a professional qualification and 114 euros for a partial qualification. For certain the cost will be 71,5 euros for a professional qualification and 57 euros for a partial qualification.
The sums are index-adjusted every year.
- Are you working? As an employee, you can pay with training vouchers (in Dutch). If your employer agrees, you can take training leave (in Dutch) on the day of the validation programme. Please contact a validation body.
Are you a job seeker? If you are registered with VDAB as a non-working job seeker, validation programmes, which VDAB recognizes, are free. You will find these recognized programmes and a registration form on the VDAB website (in Dutch)(opens in new window).
During the 2025-2026 school year the cost will be 149 euros for a professional qualification and 119 euros for a partial qualification. For certain the cost will be 74,5 euros for a professional qualification and 59,5 euros for a partial qualification.
