Every child receives a Vlaams Groeipakket (Flemish Growth Package) tailored to their situation. The amounts below apply from 1 September 2025 (payments from October 2025 onwards).

For children born on or after 1 January 2019, the amounts of the new Vlaams Groeipakket apply.
In some situations, these amounts also apply to children born before 1 January 2019, for example when a child moves to Flanders from abroad.

Why do the amounts sometimes change?
The amounts of the Vlaams Groeipakket are adjusted regularly. The income thresholds for the sociale toeslag (social supplement) and schooltoeslag (school allowance) may also change.
