Register as a sports agent
Compulsory registration for sports agents was introduced on June 11, 2019. You can use the form at the bottom of this page to register as a sports agent.

- You are advised to place the deposit preferably with a credit institution or insurer established in Belgium. If you choose a credit institution or insurer located abroad, it must be established within the European Union.
- Professional liability insurance will not be accepted as a guarantee.

De registratie is geldig onmiddellijk na het inzenden van het webformulier. U ontvangt onmiddellijk een dossiernummer via e-mail. Binnen de vijf werkdagen na de registratie ontvangt u het registratienummer. Indien later blijkt dat u niet voldoet aan de registratievoorwaarden (zoals het tijdig storten van de waarborg) of de reglementering niet respecteert kan de registratie geschorst of ingetrokken worden.
