About the reporting centre

The reporting centre was launched on 25 September 2023, and is a point of contact for anyone who has experienced transgressive behaviour in an organisation or knows someone who has experienced it. You can go there for a listening ear, advice and support to ensure that appropriate action is taken regarding your report.

The reporting centre has 2 main responsibilities:

  1. Receiving reports and following up on them appropriately.
  2. Monitoring and mapping reports. Recommendations are then formulated for organisations where transgressive behaviour has occurred, or for policy. In this way, transgressive behaviour is also structurally addressed.

Our operation

  • You tell a staff member at the reporting centre what has happened. You do not have to give your name and everything you say remains confidential unless there is no other option.

  • You will look for answers to your questions together.

  • Would you like to take further steps after your conversation? Then the staff member will explore with you how to do that. The staff member can:

    • have more discussions with you to offer you support;
    • inform you of how you can make a report to the organisation where it happened, with additional support and guidance if you wish;
    • start a process and provide guidance if you would like to talk with other people involved;
    • give you advice and possibly refer you to other professional help such as a CAW (Centre for General Well-being), peer group or the police.
