We are convinced that students from every study programme can contribute to a sustainable, high-quality living environment. That is why the Future Proef Award is open to students from all fields of study at professional bachelor’s and master’s level.

All types of final projects are welcome: written, design-based, practical, creative or performative work. Projects submitted individually or as group work are also eligible.

We ask you to explain how your final project aligns with the assessment criteria of the Future Proef Award. This explanation must be provided through a template (see step 1 of the application procedure) and must be suitable for public sharing. Always ensure that your template clearly refers to the material (written paper and/or visual materials) that the jury can review and assess.

• For written theses, the contribution to a sustainable living environment must also be evident in the text of your thesis itself.
• For creative, design-based, practical or performative projects, the intention, starting point and/or outcome must align with the assessment criteria. If this contribution is not immediately visible in the work itself, you can elaborate on it further in the template.

You may also participate with a confidential final project. However, the jury must be able to read and assess your work. The explanation you provide in the template must be suitable for public sharing.
