Mary Free Bed YMCA in Burton Grand Rapids a center for sports and health built according to Universal Design. In addition to space for sports and games, there is also a rehabilitation clinic and a health center. The building has two floors without stairs, but with a central ramp placed in the middle of the building. There are also elevators. This is the first building in the US to be rated as Universal Design under the Global Universal Design Standards.
