What
The following works are eligible for the premium for the category ‘electricity and plumbing’:
works on the electrical installation and telecommunications, including connection to the public network and installation of the electricity metering system
replacement of central heating pipes (including for underfloor heating)
renewal of sanitary pipes and drains
installation of a rainwater system/rainwater cistern along with renewing sanitary pipes and drains
renewal of existing sanitary appliances or installation of up to one shower, one bathtub, two sinks and one toilet, if they are not already present in the home, along with the renewal of sanitary pipes and drains.
