What
The following works, performed by a contractor, are eligible for the premium for the roof category:
Installation of new roof or attic insulation Removal of asbestos
demolition of roof structures and replacement with load-bearing components Installation of an under-roof on pitched roofs
installation of waterproof covering, e.g. roof tiles and roofing. Treatment of wooden roof structures against fungi and insects
installation of openings in the roof, such as roof windows and skylights with a U-value of no more than 1.0 W/m²K and the lightwell
Replacing and installing gutters and drainpipes.
