The revenues of the Flemish Community amount to 61.6 billion euros in the 2026 Initial Budget (IB), which is 1,212.5 million euros more compared to the estimate in the 2025 Adjusted Budget (AB).
The major revenue items for the Flemish Community in the 2026 intial budget are:
- community and regional grants from the Special Finance Act (SFA): 56%
- gross supplementary income tax charge (surcharges): 17%
- regional taxes: 14%
