The National Rehabilitation Hospital was designed by O’Connell Mahon Architects - Hanna Kickham. She involved various users to create an environment that meets the requirements of patients and staff. From the beginning, she took into account Universal Design, inclusive landscaping and access to nature, natural light and ventilation, easy circulation, signage and the use of color.
