Premium for relighting in non-residential buildings
Please note: This premium will be abolished as of January 1, 2027. Only files with an invoice date from 2026 (after the works) and applied for no later than December 31, 2026, remain eligible.
Those who invest in energy-efficient interior lighting for a non-residential building can get a premium for this. Relighting is understood to mean the complete removal of the existing lighting (light fittings and lamps), the implementation of a lighting study and a completely new lighting installation.
Conditions
The premium applies to buildings other than houses and flats:
- which are connected to the electricity grid before 1 January 2006, or
- for which the integrated environment permit for town planning activities has been applied for before 1 January 2006.
Only invoices that are not older than two years at the time of the premium application are eligible.
