Open Science: een juridisch perspectief (versie 1). Een praktische gids voor de APM- en INBO-medewerkers rond de juridische kaders die Open Science omlijsten

INBO is committed to Open Science, but legal frameworks regarding personal data, nature conservation, and intellectual property must be respected. These frameworks do not hinder Open Science, but rather determine how transparency and reproducibility are achieved.
Together with law firm Timelex, the INBO developed tools relating to personal data, intellectual property rights, and open data, specifically for biodiversity research. This resulted in this ‘living document’ containing frequently asked questions, a theoretical framework, and practical tools.
