European Red List Odonata
Details
Commissioned by the European Commission, INBO will reassess the Red List for dragonflies (Odonata).This project includes:
- reassessing de red list status of all dragonfly species in Europe
- calculating a European Red List Index for dragonflies, which will later be integrated into an index for invertebrates
- integrating the reassessment in the Biodiversity Information System for Europe (BISE)
- supporting the design of a look-up tool for the website of the European Commission, including a range of filtering options granting access to all assessment results and underlying information
- summarizing the results to be published on the EUROPA website, and as a brochure
