Soil Biodiversity analysis of soil samples from residential areas

This project of two years consists of 3 work packages: WP1. Analysis using eDNA-metabarcoding of 250 samples from residential areas taken from the Cmon soil carbon monitoring network. WP2. Monitoring on selected sampling plots in residential areas to assess seasonal variation of soil biota WP3. Data elaboration of this spatio-temporal dataset, statistical evaluation and reporting of all findings.
