Details
Via GPS transmitters on European herring gulls, lesser black-backed gulls and Sandwich terns breeding in the Dutch Delta region, the use of the future Borssele wind farm by these species is being studied. Research in the colony into the diet and breeding success should reveal whether there is a relationship between the choice of certain foraging areas and reproductive success.
