eDNA AquaDiv Natuurpunt: eDNA metabarcoding research into amphibian and fish communities in a large number of water bodies (EVINBO)

Within this project, we have to investigate the aquatic biodiversity of some 50 water bodies via eDNA metabarcoding. This assignment consists of: 1) coordination of sampling campaign 2) analysis of samples 3) processing of a large number of eDNA samples in which we map the biodiversity of amphibian and fish communities via metabarcoding.
