Genetic screening recognised autochthonous reproductive material

We test the hypothesis that the deliveries, on a genetic level, are similar to the starting material mentioned on the supplier's document. This is tested for the supplied plants of two species: common oak and small-leaved lime. We fine-tune the method for genetic analysis and determine the genetic profile of the starting material and the supplied plants. The genetic relationship between the supplied plants and the starting material is determined by means of, among other things, allocation tests.
