Details
This PhD project aims to map the relevance and coherence of policy on a territorial level (e.g. landscape, river basin). To this end, a method for a policy coherence analysis (PolCA) for a mix of policy instruments will be elaborated. This policy mix will be weighed against local and supralocal objectives for the territorial level under study. The aim is to obtain a manageable overview of the synergies and conflicts between the policy instruments and the performance of the policy mix with respect to the aforementioned objectives.
