Quality management of field and lab work and drawing up of protocols

To draw up the field protocols, we start with the field work for PAS/DPB as pilot projects. From this experience, more general recommendations should grow to improve the process. For each pilot project we will compose a quality circle with content experts (knowwhat) and field staff (knowhow). The quality manager will be responsible for the general coordination and management, but will also be involved in developing the field protocols. The Biometry, Methodology and Quality Assurance service will be responsible for methodological reflection (statistical aspects of sampling and sample determination in the field).| Status | Running |
