The origin of this report is a request from the Demir cabinet to draw up a comprehensive plan for field biodiversity, away from the narrow focus on one species. Field biodiversity includes all components of biological diversity that both make up the agro-ecosystem and are relevant to agriculture.
INBO has prepared this report based on research and scientific literature, taking into account practical insights and in consultation with ANB and VLM. It presents the scientific analysis and conclusions and recommendations based on it, in line with INBO's previous reports and recommendations.
